My 2 year old loves paint brush art in the bath. Shaving cream with a couple drops of food coloring, and paint brushes. We put the shaving cream in a muffin tin so it floats.

Add glow sticks and glow bracelets from the dollar store to the bath tub and turn out the lights! It makes bath time fun. The sticks and bracelets can be frozen for re-use.
