The one I used to go to years ago in Louisville had one dude running the whole place for the night shift. He was super nice but I knew if some shit went down he'd be ready to go. That's why I felt safe going there at night!

True story the closest time I’ve ever come to a gunfight stateside was in Waffle House along I-10 in Alabama. Dude pulled a knife as he was bellowing about eggs and the cook and 3 patrons put their hand back at the 5 o’clock. The guy put his picket knife back in his pocket and just backed out the door and everyone went back to eating. Neat stuff to witness.
