Sukiyaki Gohan bento(ekiben). Sukiyaki is Japanese beef hot pot, thinly sliced beef with various vegetables, bean curd, tofu etc. This bento is sukiyaki rice bowl version. The taste is sweet-savory. The bento has self heating system(CaO＋Ｈ2Ｏ→Ca(OH)2). You can enjoy hot meal without fire. It's a Ekiben station lunch box of Kobe station.

Wow, you moved the bowl around, after 5 mins, at that temp too, Mr.FireHands lol. That Tofu-Bean square looked pretty good as well the mushroom. all together this looked like a well 8/10 meal. Over all I Like how the there's plenty vegetables it's a graceful amount :3

Where do you buy self heating bento? When I was in Japan last year i searched every shinkansen station I went to. I could not find them anywhere. Please help for when I go back to Japan next year!
