Esky Eyas The impossible prop and take off!

Struggling to take off with the stock prop on this plane!

I've seen this plane having a stock 3-bladed prop but mine came with a small 2-bladed one with just not enough push to get the plane in the air. When I put a 6x3 3-bladed prop on I could take off!

Wingspan: 1100mm
Length: 871mm
Flying Weight: 755g

I fly mine with a 3s 2200mAh battery and Spektrum NX10 TX.

I had the Esky Eagle. It came with a 3 blade prop, which I found a bit noisy and lacking performance.
I purchased the originalHobbyzone Aero Scout 2 blade prop.
Watt output and amperage draw showed a noticeable increase in performance and lower amperage draw compared to the 3 blade.
Horizon Hobby and Eflite seem to be very good at picking props.

Pushers are ideal planes for when the kids have just left home and the camp has suddenly got deathly quiet, mate! 😉
Bright yellow pushers are for when you get to the stage of life that both your eyesight AND hearing are going. 😁
Personally I preferred my old Volantex Ranger G2 - until the cat decided to make a comfortable nest out of 1 wing before I'd got around to repairing the last Kamikaze landing. And now there are no more parts available. 😭

I have one converted to 4S running a 2 blade prop running INAV & DJI FPV. Much quieter on a 6x3 two blade. Great fun landing & taking off FPV.

Fly well! I would like to ask about one other aircraft: I saw you fly the Wilga in one of the Shorts videos. Are there other videos of Wilga, I couldn't find them right away.🌝

Seems like it is nose heavy. Push the battery back to the servos. Mine takes off in about 20 feet

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this Esky. There are very few reviews of the Esky's 1100mm yellow version, but looks to be the same specs for their white 1100mm Eagles. I see you used a Spectrum transmitter for this bird. Are you also using a Spectrum receiver? Will this model work with my Spektrum NX8 and AR631receiver? Do you still fly this Esky? Thanks.
