Lautaro Martínez is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a striker. Born on August 22, 1997, in Bahía Blanca, Argentina, he is known for his pace, technical skills, and goal-scoring ability. At that time, he was playing for Inter Milan in Serie A and the Argentina national team. Winning a multitude of trophies, and now scoring more than a goal per game in the Serie A, I tell the whole story in this video, Watch until the End!

You talked only about goals, but this is just one of his abilities, his work rate is second to none, no defender in the world would like to play against him who is pressing defenders on every f... ball they touch. He scores, assists, create chances, helps the team, and has amazing technique with the ball.

People just look at the goals scored or missed, but if you don’t follow inter, you don’t know how much work Lautaro does for the team, he fights and presses every single minute, helps the midfield and help defending if needed .
In 5 years at inter he never said anything wrong and improve each years

People only judge him from the World Cup, unfair because he was injured in that World Cup. A Google search will tell you how he to take injections just to play.

An elite striker

On top of that, Lautaro is essential in the building phase of Inter. He's not the typical striker, he works a lot with the midfielders to create chances for himself and the teammates.

As an Inter fan, I really hope he can carry us going deep to the CL more times. Not only to be a serious contender for the big ears, but also to shut those brainless idiots crying Inter had an easy path crap.

The reason his goal scoring is inconsistent is related to the fact that he KILLS himself in pressing and working for the team

And that's the best part about him, he's a natural leader

It's a good video, but this is mostly based on numbers of goals and assists. Lautaro scores a lot, but he's not even a pure 9. He's not a lone striker. Most of the time (90%) he plays as a CF. The most insane contribution he gives to Inter is his capability in build-up play. He's incredible at building up chances after chances with his teammates with his passes, ball control, vision, dribblings, strength in protecting the ball and so on. Lautaro had 23 goals in 24 appearances as of today, but Inter had 67 goals in 26 matches. Which is insane if you think about italian teams playstyle especialy the mid and low table teams playing against the top team (pure catenaccio. defence defence defence trying to not concede and steal a draw and maybe try to score randomly on a counter).

One of the best qualities of Lautaro is that his striking partners always benefit from him! Be it Lukaku, Dzeko, or Thuram! Because of his movement and, most of all, he is not selfish! From the beginning of his career at Inter, he matured season after season! He deserves every praise for it! Especially after all the bashing from some wannabe football fans around the world at the World Cup!! Forza IL TORO!🖤💙

Lautaro Martinez is an elite striker. He’s having arguably the best season of his career. This season, he has 26 goals in all competitions he’s the top scorer in Serie A and while his team faced disappointment in the champions league, he’s been scoring goals for fun. Despite his incredible season, outside of Serie A fans, I don’t think he’s getting the recognition that he truly deserves.

He’s those players who doesn’t get talked about enough no matter how well he plays. A big reason for that is because some of his “lowest moments” have come in front of a large audience where the whole world is watching him and this allows people to push an agenda that he’s not “world class or an elite striker” because he doesn’t show up in big games. For the Argentina national team, he was the first choice striker at the World Cup, but struggled and missed big chances got dropped to the bench for Julian Alvarez and they ended up winning the World Cup. A lot of people saw him as “Gonzalo Higuain 2.0” and a player who never replicates his club form at international level and is the backup striker to a guy that’s not even a starter on his club. Let’s not act like Julian Alvarez is a bad player, he’s very good, but he’s unfortunate that he plays for Manchester City where they already have a world class striker that gets spoken about way more than him. Going back to Lautaro Martinez he struggled at the World Cup, underperformed in the champions league final when it mattered the most and in the UCL last 16, when Atletico Madrid knocked Inter Milan out of the Champions League, he missed his penalty in the shootout. It also doesn’t help that people don’t watch Serie A, the way in which he crumbles in big moments it makes people forget how good of a striker he is and it shouldn’t overshadow his excellent season because he’s leading Inter Milan to the league title with his goals. This doesn’t change anything for him and how he can get more recognition outside of just Serie A fans is deliver in high profile moments for club and country because that’s a reason why his image in the footballing world isn’t changing no matter what he does domestically.

3:47 Mauro Icardi was not injured, he was benched for some behaviours (his and of his wife Wanda) that Inter did not like. Same happened to Perisic (another one involved in negative behaviours) in the same period. In fact not only Icardi was benched but he also lost the title of captain and both palyers were sold at the end of season.
Inter PR falsely stated he suffered an injury to avoid all the speculations of media that could have harmed Inter's reputation. To these days we don't know the "official story" but some says Perisic was not happy Wanda was going to an Italian tv football show as a regular guest talking shyt about Icardi teammates (especially Perisic and others). This created issues in the team, with people siding with one or with the other player and creating rivalries and anger between players. Sadly for them Marotta (Inter manager) did not suffer childish behaviours and eventually got rid of them all.
