Rep. Stephen Lynch Say Transportation Committee Is In 'Total Opposition' Of MBTA Service Cuts

With the MBTA cutting 20 percent of its T service and several bus routes after receiving $1 billion in federal aid, Congressman Stephen Lynch said that he and the rest of the Transportation Committee plan to have "some hard discussions with the MBTA and with the governor."
