Please help! I have tried 5 times and following the directions step by step but polish peels off like stickers after 1-2 days. What am I doing wrong?

I don’t get it, I have done everything just as directed. I apply the base coat and cure it for the prescribed time and it’s still sticky. Even if I recure it, same result. I’ve started over and here I am again…same sticky result. I can’t apply a thinner layer or there would be no base coat. Help @oliveandjune!

Why does it feel like my fingers are burning under the lamp sometimes? Also, is this lamp a UV LED or just a LED?

iv prepped and did all the exact steps in this video but my gel base still doesn’t dry.. it stays sticky
