Still getting low fps ? try lowering the resolution ingame i.e Using the Resolution Scale option, Start at 100% then work downwards until viable results are found.

you actually boosted my fps for like 10-15 fps, but here is another problem my laptop is now overheating, after 2h+ of gaming fps in all games started to drop (csgo, lol..etc). cpu usage is much higher then before .
