Peripheral port machining for the Gsport RX7 FD

This is my attempt at machining my own peripheral ports in my FD RX7 13B engine.
I have no doubt there may be better ways to do this. I wanted to avoid using any kind of filler for the cooling jacket which is the common path. So I have decided to try and 'o-ring' the insert.
The dimensions of the rotor housing mean that fitting o-rings is very difficult as there is a tiny surface area for the o-ring to compress onto. But time will tell if it has worked.
