Multifamily Income Determination Training

This webinar covered the income determination process for all programs monitored by the Multifamily Compliance Division. Other programs (such as TBRA, ESG, Homeless Prevention, etc.) will be covered in later virtual and in-person offerings. Multifamily Compliance Staff discussed the screening and qualifying process for programs such as Housing Tax Credit, and the like, Texas Housing Trust Fund, and MFDL programs, which are monitored by this Division. The webinar encompasses background information and case studies, as well as, adjusted income and "putting it all together" as topics discussed.
