Mafia 3 = HUGE Disappointment?

Mafia 3 Sucks? Could Mafia 3 PS4/One/PC be nothing but a boring, barren GTA clone?

I hate to say it but there's some truth to what he's saying. The graphics are downgraded and they've vampired the hell out of the colour for some reason however I am still excited because of the story and the brutal combat animations.

Just some quick thoughts on Mafia 3 just 8 days from release. Still can't wait to check it out!

From what I heard there still doing some tweakings to the AI and fixing some minor glitches in Mafia 3.but from what I heard from the people that have played the game says it's amazing TBH.the story is great and the side missions in Mafia 3 all connect to the main mission I think you were wacthing side mission stuff not the main mission because they only have a couple of main mission stuff out there.and as far as the cars and npc's goes I think they might add more during release but TBH that's just what I heard.and plus if Thts the case it was less populated in the 60's so it's pretty accurate but I still can't wait to play the game.

Turns out he was right. Most are saying technically the game is awful, graphically it is meh and the story is getting mixed opinions. Mafia 3 is just continuing the 2016 trend of overhyped games that disappointed.

Guess its a matter of opinion ... I for one think the game looks great ... Mafia was always about the atmosphere and story ...and they nailed it with Mafia 2 and it looks like the will repeat it with Mafia 3 ... Everybody is entitled to their opinion though

Wow you were right because I paid $60:00 dollars full price and I was thinking of returning it but I couldn't because I've already took the plastic off it and all I got was a trade in and when I was playing mafia 3 it had most problems, the cops in this game are the worst then gta5 because they don't even attack the mobsters you're shooting at, they just join them of trying to kill you and bugs and glitches, and mostly you can't change you clothes and there is no multiplayer/co-op or Vietnam missions or prison and the mission are mostly the same of just shooting and killing mobsters from beginning to end. But it was fun and it had a good story and I have to admit I'm thinking of buying this game again when the price drops to $20 or $30.

I like how honest you are, I personally think all games can't help but be repetitive in some cases, but honestly I think Mafia 3 is going to be fun. I wouldn't say its a GTA clone because Lincoln has a lot more animations than a GTA character honestly but yeah I respect your opinion.With the footage of the gameplay I've seen I see a lot more flexibility and approachs to missions, but im willing to spend 60 on it we'll see real soon.

I don't know, he might have a point here....They need to have some multiplayer content as well to give it with open world games is that they say you're pretty much free do to whatever you want. Yeah, three things, that's driving, shooting and chases. It gets boring after a while.

I've played it and all I can say is that I'm not very impressed at all.. Graphics aren't what they should be etc. Mafia 2 however is hands down the best Mafia game and always will be! #bringbackvitoandjoe

Mafia 3 looks like a good game and shows a lot of promise and I understand why some people may worry from hangar 13 being an unproven studio no review copies etc but when it comes down to it one of my biggest questions about this game is how long the entire campaign lasts because that's where a large majority of my time will be spent and keep me from getting bored from repetitiveness
