3 capped Indian + 2 overseas+ 1 uncapped Indian
Retention value:- 16+ 12+10+ 8+8+ 6 = 60 Cr
Total Purse per team = 120-125cr
Rtm card will not be given .
Impact player rule will stay .
Maybe there will be some new game rules.

It's better to have a mega auction with 5 retention and 3 rtm card

According to me there should be 4 retentions and all teams should get 2 RTM and 2 overseas players can be retain in the auction

I personally feel BCCI should implement a total number of 8 players. Teams should get 8 chances either to retain or use RTM card. If a team retains 4, he can use 4 RTM, if a team retains none, he can use 8 RTM
