ENTIRE WOOLLY MAMMOTH exposed by flood at the Boneyard Alaska

On August 3, 2020 on our private patented mining claim in Fairbanks, Alaska a flood revealed an entire woolly mammoth skeleton including both woolly mammoth tusks, upper and lower jaw bones with the molars still in it, leg bones, toe bones, etc.

Several other Ice Age animal remains were found on this day and are still coming out of the permafrost including steppe bison, caribou, horse, and many more.

This site is unique in the world and we are solely focused on collecting bones even though this site sits on ounces of proven gold. The Boneyard Alaska has been producing Ice Age bones for the past 15 years and thousands of bones have been collected during that time.

Our family owns this property and is not interested in selling any of the bones. This site is purely a product of our family's passion for finding Ice Age bones. For now we are collecting them. The bones have not only a monetary value but scientific value that could help with understanding the extinction event of the Ice Age megafauna.

How amazing it would be hard to imagine and wrap your mind around the scale of what a huge flood tens of thousands of years ago that placed everything there and a whole lot smaller scale flood that brought on the removal thousands of years later. Kinda makes it full circle . What id give to be able to come help you all...

The JRE episode with John Reeves is already one of my all time favourites and I can’t wait to see how this will expand our very limited view of history. I swear we need more podcasts/ channels based on younger dryas dated palaeontology and anthropology!

Came here to see the bones but after watching several of these videos the thing that stands out is how this family works together to undertake this monumental task .
You are all amazing

John's story of hitching a ride to Alaska with $50 in his pocket, and becoming wealthy as a working man and then a businessman alone is impressive.

Amazing!! I’m so glad the family and crew are as enthusiastic, enthralled and unique as Dad/Boss John.

G’day from Australia btw 👋

Just crazy to think it takes 4 humans to move that tusk but that tusk used to grow out of a head of a massive beast.

What a fantastic find, and a fantastic channel this is. I'd rather find old bones like that, than gold nuggets, any day! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Just watched the JRE episode. Wow. Finding bones that old from extinct animals has got to be surreal. The size and weight of those tusks. Crazy. Great job y’all are doing.

Never mind gold rush, a series on this with your dad in would be awesome. Get Randall Carlson in the mix too, love his take on this ! Ancient massive flash flood seems likely to deposit all those bones in the one spot . Sure Randall would love that. Happy hunting guys
