Welcome to Day 10
Today's practice is to complete what you’ve started on Day 9.
Day 10 Task
Of the 5 issues you’ve listed in Day 9, choose 2 which you want to transform.
Define your working plan by writing at least two actions (concrete daily or long term actions, to improve those tendencies) and put them into action!
These could be simple practices, mechanisms for reminding yourself not to go back to them, or even seeking support from your environment or people, or just posters / post-it notes,...etc.
Furthermore, you are called to listen to today’s meditation at least three times & write today's centring thought in your note book and revise it in your mind as many times as possible.
Start today's task early so that you can do it throughout your 24 hours.
