Turbo-training or FTP test 20min motivational footage (128bpm) like FREE Sufferfest workout (no ads)

Put on this video when you are doing a turbo-training session or FTP test. Works like the awesome sufferfest series (but for free!!). 20min timer includes 2mins warm-up and and cool down.

Tips: Go at a pace you think you can only just maintain. Stay strong past 10mins, push at 15mins and start to wind it up with 2-3mins to go. Keep cadence in a range of 75-105. Keep in zone 4 or 5 ("at threshold")

Maybe it is just me but the video is way too busy and variable for me to concentrate! There is no one element that sustains long enough to key off sustainably. For me, not successful at all!😪😪😪
