You can really hate this if you say you like Japanese music. Some Japanese use english in their songs and it's catchy so this is kinda the opposite and it unique you know.

The first time i listened this i broke whit a person who makes me so much pain, now after a year i returns to this song after repeat the same mistake whit the same person.

The story is that he committed suicide. SAD. That's why it says "I'll just, I'll just, I'll just... (kill myself). The songs called my time because it's his time to die. Hands of time will wring my neck means soon in time he'll choke himself. Or maybe he shot himself because the part when the song went crazy you hear a gunshot sound.
