I'm getting storm fatigue at this point, many sleepless nights in the Midwest in the last few months. Prayers for the families that have lost loved ones. 😢

Super Tears for Iowa!
There should be an outcome report for all the families having their homes wiped out over the past several years.
Where did they go?
What did they do?
How did their lives turn out?

This is important to know.

"hit without warning" no. There was warnings the day before on multiple outlets. If youre in the Midwest and not weather prepared for spring, that's on you.

I feel so terrible for the animals and the people. May they all rest in peace and fly high. 💔🕊️

I am not from the United States, where I live there are no tornadoes.

What I don't understand, is why in places where the risk of being hit by tornadoes is almost 100%, there is no legislature to disallow constructing with materials like timber! Like, I understand it's cheaper, but for god's sake...

This is what happens when you manipulate mother nature 😯😔🗽

Why aren't houses built like domes there? I feel like it's quite possible to build solid domes that would just be cleaned off by a direct hit from a tornado.
