100% sometimes we're fine and sometimes not. The body is a complex thing and just cos I struggle this month doesn't mean I will next. And just cos my friend has an horrific time doesn't mean I do. And you're right, we don't need someone telling us we should be feeling average.

I love how you try to understand it all from a womens point of view. I have pmdd which is an extreme form of pms. It really does stop me in my tracks but when I push through it and fight against it, it makes me mentally feel stronger. One of my main symptoms is extreme tiredness which leads to low mood and comfort eating etc. Even if I cant do my best during that week, if I still TRY to do it, that's the point, the choice is yours

Exactly! Plus, tracking cycles and stuff is so complex anyway. Just go in and get to work. If it isn’t the best workout ever, big deal.

I agree! I do find some weeks are A LOT harder!!! However I still do the same programme but may find I need to drop the weight slightly and/or take longer rests between sets.
I don't change what I'm doing.
No shame in dropping weights if it means you complete your workout.
I do love your advice ❤️

Do men get any dips /
Peaks in testosterone throughout the day/ month etc that affect the way they train?

Is it better to do abs in every workout? Or dedicate 1 day a week?

Does anyone know. If you’re on the contraceptive injection every 3 months and don’t menstruate does the logic still apply around training.

I don’t know, man. I think standing there and telling women that a menstrual cycle is like a man not getting enough sleep because of a dog is a lazy and illogical comparison and not like for like at all. I understand people like your analogies but this one was questionable. A cycle also isn’t like a niggle. A niggle doesn’t affect your hormones, the way you think, your energy levels. I understand you’re trying to say women shouldn’t not go ham at the gym bc of their cycle but the phrasing could’ve been more nuanced.

I agree. All men should make an effort to stop entertaining woman's bad logics.
