This is a good video. I've been reading Sherman's memoirs. I'm at the Atalanta campaign now. He references Johstons own book several times too corroborate his recollection.

If you haven't read Sherman's memoires, I suggest it.

John A. "Blackjack" Logan is one of the most underrated Union generals of the war. As the senior Major General of the Army of the Tennessee, he inherited McPherson's command upon the latter's death, and performed splendidly. But he was disliked by both Sherman and Thomas, because he was not a West Point graduate. He was a "political general, " but one of the few who excelled in his duties. He was loved by his men, and replacing him with a nonentity like O. O. Howard was an incredible act of stupidity. Logan was a fighter, and, unlike most generals, could usually be found on the front lines, leading his troops. He was wounded several times, and had four horses shot out from under him.

At 5:10 and 5:50, quotes from Puck and Logan - the audio is missing and just a placeholder text saying "Puck Quote" and "Logan Quote" is shown. There might be more but I felt I needed to pause my watching to write this.

You need to lower the volume of the background noise, and increase the volume of the narrator. Otherwise, pretty good.

Some of those Union and Confederate soldiers look a little long in the tooth. They could also benefit from having their rations cut in half.

I wonder why no one ever mentions that Hood, thanks to his horrific injuries, need large quantities of alcohol and opium to manage the pain.
Give some of his decisions it must have affected him

Posting comment for the next video. It's easier to destroy than create. End of rant.
