I always used to set up a fake christmas tree until this year. My aunt gave me a houseplant that needed help. It's a 4 foot tall norfolk pine. It doesn't look like a christmas tree but I just decorated it with animal ornaments I made from felt and stuffing from my old couch, and a string of battery operated lights. My toddler loves it and it is a good opportunity to teach him about plants and animals. Great video btw

We never do a tree or decorations. Just stockings that my boyfriends mother made us years ago. The presents we get for each other fit into the stocking so no wrapping paper needed. As far as presents we each have a wish list so we get each other things we actually want. It's a good arrangement, stress free and minimal work. The stockings also don't take up a lot of space.

I have a fake tree that looks very real! Been using it every year for the last 23 years with the same decorations!☺

Did you knit this sweater too? It's lovely but I agree with one of your later videos that warm colors flatter your coloring better than the cool tones. I have the same problem that my hair and skin need warm tones but my eyes are a cool tone. Teals, wine purples, greens, tans and golden browns work well for me and maybe you too.
