I bought a 3310 2017 2G Nokia phone in amazon that is sold as brand-new.

1. The phone did not come with a plastic film on the screen to indicate the phone is brand new. Should I expect this from this model if I the phone is sold as brand new? Did you also experience this?

2. The screen had a little scratch right that I found at the unboxing. I found complains about this problem on this Nokia 3310 2017 reported on amazon by many people. Did you also have this problem?

3. The battery icon does not show up as fully charged only around 3 or 5 hours after fully charged while it has been in stand-by mode. Using the phone only a bit I think it lasts around 5 days instead of the announced 600 hours=25 days i found in many websites for this model.I wanted to know how long I should expect the battery time to be on stand-by when the phone is brand new.

4. The keypad keys 4, 5 and 6 are not correctly lit. I also found complains about this problem on this Nokia 3310 2017 reported on amazon by many people. Did you also have this problem?


I wanted to know all this because I wanted to know whether this phone is sold as new but is second hand and whether I should expect the same experience if I buy this phone again.
