Solar Basics Pt 2: How Much Energy Does One Solar Panel Produce?

In Australia, one 250 Watt solar panel will produce an average of about 1 kWh per day. But what does that mean? How much energy is 1 kilowatt-hour? In this short video, I put 1 kWh of energy into context by demonstrating how hard a human has to work to produce a single kWh and how far 1 kWh will get an electric car.

1, Electric Vehicle depreciation is very high 2, EV car insurance is very high 3, Solar panels 4, Control units 5, Battery Power Wall ... You'll be poor for a long time.

Are we talking about 300 watt panels here?

Sure you can save some serious cash: if the Tesla was free! As it is you’re still way behind the eight ball financially. Solar never pays unless you run diesel generators.

A great easy-to-understand explanation that puts things perfectly into context (as did your video using the garden hose and bucket to explain the difference between power and energy). Well done and thank you.

Is there an electric motor vehicle that's capable of towing a boat/trailer for at least 300km?

So you sustained 200w per second for 30sec or you generated 200w over 30 seconds?

So if use my rated 300w (.3Kw) GPU, that’s per second, I can use my gaming PC (other parts not included) from a days charge for about 1 hour 😆😞…?
