Beam exactly resting over the column Centroidal axis dat way it do not produce any axial or bi-axial bending in column…whereas practically beam doesn’t rest on the Axis of column…while modelling in etabs can we neglect this kind of eccentricity?
So is d case with shearwalls in contact with columns…both are on the same axis…is dat correct sir?
Pls guide me…im confused.

Sir one doubt, you have deleted beam in the basement and overlap retaining wall with shear wall. Why that wall overlap and not deleted

sir you have taken depth of column as 1000mm but as per code it shouldn't exceed 1000mm. it is better to use shearwall or to reduce the span distance
