1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2-3 green chilis, or to taste
1 tsp. hawaij spice mix
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste

15 to 20 mins ? That'll make the liver tough, I usually make the tomato sauce on the side and flash fry the rest and add the tomato sauce at the end, I use calf liver and in total cooking time is 10 mins, I like the bell pepper addition though :)

how does beef liver compare to Sheeps liver? I am guessing it would be a good enough substitute
