The state of NC doesn't give a crap about the children. It's all about fighting between the parents. They will put a child with an unfit parents if the price is right. It's sick.

Help! Our custody situation has shifted in comparison to what's documented through the courts. I only have visitation, legally every other weekend... However, for the past 4 years I've had my daughter 50%, if not more. I'm still being garnished so much child support that it's impossible to save money to hire a lawyer to go for primary custody... I can't get OCSE to hear me without it being court ordered from a judge. How do I ever get out of this spinning hamster wheel and get my daughter back for good???
