This is dolly zoom...walk forward while zoom out or walk backward while zoom in or you can doit later in editing..(scale in/out in edting app)

Two things. Use face tracking and you can also slow the zoom down in settings. Repeat but bend your needs. It’s a cheat for sure. If you have a helper one can work camera and the other can do the zoom on the phone
