I have thought like this my whole life. Then I observed it in my dogs.

When all their needs have been met, including their need for companionship, for novelty, for variety, all their needs, what do they do? They go to sleep.

Perhaps we humans should be doing the same. After all, what is there you HAVE TO DO if all your needs have been met?

Perhaps we don't find contentment satisfying?

Daniel is very right, we can't measure Health if it's subjective.
So there is no ultimate or best in it, it is very much how a person feels about himself at a point in his/her life with his/her body and should keep on moving...
