►🔊In this video, I will show you how to make buckwheat granola. This is a super simple, healthy, and delicious recipe. It is gluten-free and you can store it in your cupboard for later on.

🔊Buckwheat is a highly nutritious whole grain that many people consider to be a superfood. Among its health benefits, buckwheat may improve heart health, promote weight loss, and help manage diabetes.

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Ingredients:
►220 grams buckwheat groats
►50 g coconut
►100 g mixed nuts
►100g sultanas(raisins)
►200g organic honey

🔪 Utensils and equipment
► baking tray
► parchment paper
►mixing bowl

👩🏻‍🍳 Preparation
1. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius
2. On a baking tray place a parchment paper
3. Chop the nuts
4. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
5. Mix well
6. Transfer the mixture into the baking tray and even everything out
7. Place the granola in the oven for about 25- 30 min mixing it though
8. After removing it from the oven add some extra sultanas
9. DONE
