Helpdesk: Enable WinRM Remote Management in Server 2008/2012

Been a while since I have done a tech video so I figured I would throw one together. I have seen so many overly-complicated videos and blogs about how to do such a simple thing: Enable windows Remote Management on a server (This is NOT the same thing as RDP). This video gets you up and running for the vast majority of situations in less time than it took you to read this :)

Needless to say you MUST have admin rights to do this and should NOT do this with servers that are not protected from the internet by a well configured firewall.
