In accordance with the  Rebel labor union, RLU,  a motion of grievance has been filed
 on behalf of veteran officer and pilot Chewbacca,  
the RLU and its leadership have filed a grievance on behalf of the wookie.
It is assumed that Officer Chewbacca has been promoted to the title of Captain of the Millennium Falcon, correct?
If Officer Chewbacca has been promoted to Captain, then why has a letter of commendation and Alliance declaration of this promotion,  not been assigned a PO# ( personal order) with a copy submitted to Officer Chewbacca's file.
If  Officer Chewbacca has not been promoted as a Captain, then who is captain of the Falcon, the Puffin?
If Officer Chewbacca is performing the duties of Captain, but not being compensated for Captain wages,   then this is a violation of Alliance military rank and file laws.
 Violations of these labor laws clear examples of Galactic rank/file corruption.
In addition this grievance will be motioned and conjoined with civil case #ig88,    ( 1977) Andromeda  system calendar.
