"Power tothePeople" is an all-inclusive DUMBELL Strengthening Program designed specifically for Seniors 55+. Persons of any age and ability can benefit from proper repetition of exercise.

There are many effective super-technical, complex and advanced techniques available when looking to get in shape quickly, but I suggest you Keep It Simple and focus on the basics to build a solid foundation FIRST.
Start off with exercises that enable you to use most of your own body weight and utilize the most amount of muscle mass. Multi-joint exercises like shoulder presses,, and squats will deliver noticeable results around the house.
