AFC qualified:

Chargers

Fighting for last spot: Broncos, Colts, Bengals, Dolphins.

Broncos qualify if:
1. They don't lose their last game.
2. They lose and the Bengals lose their last game and the Dolphins lose one of their two games.

Bengals qualify if:
They win their last game, the Broncos lose and neither Miami nor Indianapolis win both their games.

Dolphins qualify if:
They win both their games, Broncos lose and Colts lose at least one game.

Colts qualify if:
They win both their games, Broncos lose + Bengals win their last game and/or Dolphins win both their games.

NFC qualified:
Lions
Eagles
Rams
Vikings
Packers

Fighting for the last two spots: Bucs, Falcons, Commanders

Commanders qualify if:
1. They don't lose both their remaining games.
2 .They lose both their remaining games and Bucs don't win both their remaining games.
3. They lose both their remaining games, Bucs win both theirs and Falcons don't win their last game.

Falcons qualify if:
1. They win both their remaining games.
2. They win one game and the Bucs win just one game.
3. They lose both games and Bucs lose both their games.
The Falcons can't qualify through the wild card.

The Bucs qualify if:
1. They win both games and Falcons don't win both games.
2. They win both games, Falcons win both and Commanders lose last game (since first game being lost is implied in that case for Commanders having played Falcons).
3. They win one game and Falcons lose both.


That should cover everything except some weird OT draw scenario.

Mahomes didn't just "Woke" or whatever. The Chiefs just put Thuney at LT which provided much-needed protection. Now Mahomes has time to scan the field instead of running for his life as soon as the ball is snapped.

I've been a Chargers fan since I was kid, growing up in SoCal in the 60s, and I've seen them in this situation many, many times before. I mention that by way of being brutally honest about the 'culture' of the S.D./L.A. Chargers: they have an ethos of losing (AKA choking) in the playoffs, and while Harbaugh is an amazingly talented coach, I don't see him fixing that, at least not in his first year there. Call me jaded, but after 55+ years of Chargers fandom, I'm just being 100% real here. When I was younger, I was sure I'd see a Charger Superbowl win at some point, especially during the Fouts/Coryell years, but it never happened. Ditto my 30s, 40s, 50s, and so on. Now I'm in my mid 60s, and I'm getting more and more certain that I won't live to see the Chargers win THE Big Game. Sad, but true. Still, I'm a loyal fan, and just like every other season before this one, I hope I'm wrong about them. But for those who would read this and tell me I'm not a true fan, that's fine; fandom is a great thing, but being delusional about your team's chances is just ridiculous.
