I would like to add one more post modifier in noun phrases.
adjective phrases it may be comparative.
eg. The man happy about the fact that he is liked by many people in this town is going to address the issue related to climate change.
The box larger than I expected is able to store many valuable documents.
The place not farther from my house is going to be replaced with new school.
