GTA III - Game Changes Made with Source Code

I've been able to make some minor changes to GTA III, courtesy of RE3 - a reverse engineered version of the game giving access to the game's full source code. These changes would not be possible with the use of mods as they're hard coded into the game.

So far I've changed the colour of the emergency lights, set them to reflect off surfaces in the rain and changed their flash speed. I've also changed the time of which it takes vehicles to explode after burning from 5 seconds to 20 seconds.

I plan to change more things around the game's physics - mainly the driving, with more plans to tweak thing such as the particles.

I'd also like to disable cars burning when they're flipped.

This is the start of a loooooong project.

how do you compile the code, for me in visual studio 2019 it says rw.h is missing and I can't find how to compile it
