Way to go, Chef Tom!! Every kid needs a good dad in their life!! My dad's a lawyer, so he doesn't often have a lot of time to cook, but when he does cook, it's so freaking good!! When I was little, one of my favorite traditions was waking up early on Saturdays to watch cartoons with my dad and brother (my mom wasn't super into cartoons), and my dad would make a superb breakfast!! My dad also, to this day, makes the best mac-n-cheese I've ever had!! It's ultra rich, ultra cheesy, and so good that I'll always go back for seconds even though I I'm lactose intolerant (so I have to be careful about the type and quantity of dairy that I eat)!! You know mac-n-cheese is good when someone who probably shouldn't go overboard on the portions goes back for seconds!! But yeah, shout out to all the awesome dads out there who show their love through their cooking!! 😁
