Ammons' version is a masterpiece which I listened to again and again for years and which set me off on the Boogie Woogie trail.

Beautiful! I've watched so many videos with solo boogie piano, and this is definitely one of the best. No virtuosic show-off, just rhythm and melody, respecting the originally minimalist and modest spirit of the genre. Bravo.
