Fix the PINK in Unity | 2022

In this video I will show you how to fix the pink material issue in Unity. The way this is done has changed between Unity 2020 and 2021, so the solution here may vary.

Working in Unity 2022.3.9f1 in a VR Core project. The windows was recording but using the 2021 steps did. Selected Materials to URP.

A while ago I created a project in version 2021.x with Unity URP, and now I wanted to update to 2022.1
Now everything is pink. Both options from the video are not there.
Why is this happening and what can I do? Help!

Doesn't help for Unity 2022.3.17. Those options to convert aren't there.
