The Isle of Siptah has many great base locations, and today I'll be showing you five of my favourites, plus an honorable mention! These spots are great for building in PvE and Roleplay, perfect for aesthetics, and offer a little something for everyone. Enjoy!

Thank you so much! I've build several times on Violet Isle, both on the island itself and spreading an entire village out in the valley to the west of the island. On the current Siptah server that I'm playing on, I'm building a village around Witcheye Lake. It is a really fantastic spot. Your other recommendations are giving me ideas for future builds.

As a builder im always disappointed that not many roleplay servers use the map as it just has some amazing spots to use

I have built in each of these spots for multiple different builds, except the last 2, but that sorcery themed one You've done gives me ideas. These are very aesthetically pleasing locations.

Great spots all-around :) The Black Plateau is just perfect for a gloomy, sinister keep or a sorcerers' tower (Ancient Race buildings mod works wonderfully in that area of the map).
Personally, I like building in shallow lakes on the southern isles. They make for good PVE spots with neat sunny/gloomy scenery, lots of thralls, plenty of resources + you can easily do a Venice/Amsterdam themed build there.

One of my favorite build places is the cliff N of the violet isle. That said, I would argue that the island that the Eye of Ekim leads to is the BEST place to build on the whole map. This goes double if you like European medieval stylings. For those crazy massive village builds you can put the castle on the island and there is plenty of room to build a full village on the mainland. With a stepped elevator system off the side it's also a very functional place to build as well. Using the raised part as the focus for a massive defensive castle allows for a grand (also massive) stairwell as an entrance. I usually do something in this vein with a gatehouse at the narrowing spot of the land bridge.

First choice had me smiling as that is where we built our first base and put the religious district there
Building and choosing a place there really is no wrong in where one can put a base. I have an idea of what I'm looking for .. I like to eat pork and I love raising horses .. I've built things .. yes things as I'm not a builder.. probably in all them spots at one time or another.. but the honorable mention. I've never built in that area so I'll have check that out.

Behind the redwood falls, there is a taller waterfall and you can build a good medium size place either down at the base or at the top. From the top, there is also a small lake with an overlook. Its a nice spot to build but to get there is hard.

Have a friend who did some amazing builds at Redwood Falls so I was happy to see the inclusion here.

love it!, there is a place for a fark build who is large enough and its a valley in the isle of dusk e 6 (the black patch)

I discovered Floodhill and decided to build there because of a lore note and a skeleton on the cliff just north of it. At the end of the note it said he still couldn't find a bar. So I'm building my main base there with a bar to commemorate him :)

I have a whole city on violet isle, the hill on the north side of the isle creates some very nice views

I was worried that you wouldn't include any tropical parts of Isle, but Floodland Hill saved it (though some part of Isle of Dawn would be nice as well, ruins of Grey Ones make for one hell of visual settings, and above all - it's warm and full of palms). Floodland Hill was my favourite place to settle in past as well, untill devs decided to add giant snakes around the hill, which for low-level character is death sentence (like nearby camp of Accursed Cimmerians with star-metal equipment wouldn't be bad enough already).

Witch eye is my fav base spot I build on the water

i think tht is a good spot to build witch eye cuz u got everything there brimstone/iron stone/wood/aloe leaves/ puff ball mushrooms/ and u have a small village over there to capture eniies for there soul or blood or as a thrall for a helper eerything u need there

I do wish there were more waterfalls on all the maps - more lakes and bodies of water too.
Siptah is really a beautiful map overall. My only gripe with it are the ashen lands as the 'murk' starts getting a little tedious when you build in there.
I don't like players building ont he Violet Isle - with the small gravestones.
As with Savage Wilds mod map, most waterfalls should have things behind them. Just saying. :)
