Bernie needs to tell progressive candidates, especially the young ones, who are running for office, to live a clean lives so they don't give any ammunition to their cooperate opponents and various intelligence agencies, like CIA, Mossad, and so on, to blackmail them to work against working people 99%.

Full employment is basically how workers had so much power and could get all these things we call benefits now. What people don't realize is things like NAFTA were just on a track of an economy based on mass employment as the normal. NAFTA merely enshrined these concepts it didn't directly produce them. A jobs guarantee is massive for labor power and peace of mind. Whats pretty awesome is that a green new deal even has a lot of tech jobs, as well as infrastructure jobs. Many people could work as a stepping stone to be in better positions in the private sector as well. That is to day this will force the private sector to be worker oriented to.

Im called a troll in your live chat, simply for asking questions and supporting a different candidate. My question is, in light of Bush doubling the national debt from $5 trillion to $10 trillion, and Obama doubling it from $10 trillion to $20 trillion, and now Trump spending over $5 trillion in a 4 year term, will a president Sanders raise the national debt beyond the $25 trillion we will be at, if Trump leaves office in 2021?

#1The US produces <15% of its energy from this "green" energy. Windmills and solar will not be a primary source of energy. #2) The current US debt is nearly $22 trillion. Adding another $16 trillion to the US debt is just not sustainable. (No one believes this will "pay for itself). #3) The US leads the world in natural gas production and oil production. Sanders would stop this making the US dependent upon Arab countries for oil and gas. This would hurt consumers at the gas pump and devastate a large portion of the economy, based upon the theory of man-made global warming.

I want to bring attention to the fact that having Bernie elected is going to be huge, not only for the United States, but for the entire planet. Having what is arguable the most powerful and certainly the most influential country in the world finally take the climate crisis seriously is going to force other countries to start taking it seriously, I am Canadian and I know from our recent election taht it is a huge issue among the public but there are pressures from the White House against the adoption of more hardliner policies against pollution. Canada has a massive geographical area with a fairly sparse population, we could easily plant a big chunk of the 1 trillion trees needed to trap 880 billion tons of carbon

For the "what about coal workers?" point. The simple fact is there isn't that many of them thanks to the fact that fossil fuel extraction is largely automated and at extremely large scale. We could just give them a fund at the rate of their salary for the rest of their working age life. They'll wanna see their families, they will have medical bills to pay. But early retirement packages along side REAL comprehensive jobs training for anyone who wants to keep working. This is actually one the easiest parts of the climate crisis to solve.

Please look into Michael Shellenburger's take on renewables.
We need nuclear power front and center if we are to win the climate fight.

As of now I simply can't decide for whom to vote in the Democratic Primary. I equally like Bernie, Warren and Tulsi, but let me tell you what's going to happen: In the primary these three candidates are going to divide the votes of all the progressives like me out there. Instead of having one progressive candidate getting all the votes, the progressive vote will be split in three and none of these three people, Bernie, Liz and Tulsi will get the nomination because they won't get enough vote individually to make it. This division will ensure that we'll get Biden, the most uninspiring and bland candidate to run in ages. If these three people, Bernie, Warren and Gabbard truly care about our country they'd talk to each other and decide that only ONE of them will enter the Primary. I'm not holding my breath on this one.

BERNIE SANDERS CALLS ON ACCELERATING ABORTIONS IN COUNTRIES POPULATED BY PEOPLE OF COLOR.

Dem candidate announces support for global eugenics, depopulation.

“Good evening. Human population growth has more than doubled in the past 50 years. The planet cannot sustain this growth. I realize this is a poisonous topic for politicians, but it’s crucial to face. Empowering women and educating everyone on the need to curb population growth seems a reasonable campaign to enact. Would you be courageous enough to discuss this issue and make it a key feature in a plan to address climate catastrophe?”

Bernie Sanders’ reply: Well Martha, the answer is yes. And the answer has everything to do with the fact that women in the United States of Americas, by the way, have a right to control their own bodies and make reproductive decisions. And the Mexico City agreement, which denies American aid to those organizations around the world that allow women to have abortions or even get involved in birth control to me is totally absurd. So, I think especially in poor countries around the world where women do not necessarily want to have large numbers of babies and where they can have the opportunity through birth control to control the number of kids they have, something I very strongly support.

"we need to help the rest of the world hit these aggressive IPCC climate goals." This is an area where the US has a massive advantage in. At this point its unlikely that the United States will "beat" China economically but that doesn't actually matter because "beating them" economically just means mass austerity and slave wages. On the other hand the US ability to innovate and export technology is monumental and even if it was done unintentionally it is what built China. We could leverage a lot more if we did it intentionally instead. A kind of socialists version of "nation building" which the US often claims to be but its historically been a trojan horse. Let's change that.
