I remember learning about the difference between men and women brains back when college was somewhat normal and it explains that men and women have many different ways of taking in knowledge. Women's brains are 10% more connected (left and right hemispheres) which is why we can look at people and understand emotional cue's and can multitask, but men can be more driven and focused on a single task. Obviously I am severely over simplifying it but even the IQ test itself has been really called into question with what part of the world you are taking into account. To me it has always meant that men and women complement each other and are the strongest as a team.

If someone like this interviewer clearly has their own bias and motivation to prove you wrong, don’t ask them to do their own research on the subject. They are working backwards from a preconceived notion about the world and will latch on to anything that reaffirms that belief, rather than digging deeper and looking at the actual evidence.

Men also have the highest IQ disparity. Where women have a consistent average. IQ is not the end all be all this one seems to think it has.

Insurance companies suggest similar when it comes to driving. Women tend to be more distracted and have tiny accidents. Men tend to have less mistakes but when they do f*ck up it tends to be more catastrophic, going way faster than necessary. We as men have the worst accidents. Women have more tiny ones.
