That's great and all but you didn't provide a real interpretation for stress values nor DAF/TCC. Which specific index of stress should be looked at for your data and why?

How would you create distances when your variables are counts?

How do I do this when the only values I have are the comparisons between variables? Do I need to make a new variable for every possible comparison (351 excluding duplicates and reversals in my case)

Thank you so much for this great video. Actually, I want make nMDS for like 20 species represented in 22 samples, my variable are in % and depends on what I learned from many videos that I should transform them to square root, do you have any idea about this?
