For the yellow wire, do I need a push button so i can change the patterns

I have a couple of questions: 1- If I wire these onto beacons of a tractor would I need a stronger fuse? 2- If I put extra beacons on a tractor would it be too hard on the relays and damage them? 3- What would be the best way to wire them?
