I’ve watched a lot of these videos and certainly have seen some poorly operated vessels. Ill equipped too and overloaded with probably NOT life saving equipment. And whatever happened to life saving equipment that was the color it should be? Orange. You can’t see a lost person at sea if they’re wearing black or other dark colors. If I was a boat operator if you ever refused my request to put on a life jacket, ORANGE at that you wouldn’t leave the dock with me!! They buy these Quads or 6 packs for power and speed but aren’t worthy of being called The Ships Captain. Just within the last few days a girl in Harvey Cedars on Long Beach Island was killed by a boat driven by her father. Me myself I have a 16 year old daughter and I’d be devastated if I lost her for any reason
