Jiren has been training since he was a kid not only that but it’s stated in dbs: super hero’s that he wasn’t stronger than both vegeta and goku he was actually equal to them but more proficient in using his power at a more concentrated level. That’s why he was able to blow people away with a air punch and knock the spirit bomb back.
