When my brother has kids, I will absolutely be the menace aunt who takes them for shenanigans like going to a museum or having picnics and stuff. Pump them full of sugar and send them back to my family, knowing damn well anytime they're mad at mom and dad they'll go "I wanna be with Aunt Dani! They're way better!" and I will have found the *ONLY* WAY TO CONQUER MY OLDER BROTHER! My grandparents did that for me and I cherish those memories soo much.
Edit: I've never had to do this, but y'all, it's not that serious and it's not that literal. That being said, most of us had someone growing up who was a major positive influence on your life, who you were close to and could go to where you would have an escape from stressors, what did that person and you do that made so many positive memories? Always open to suggestions for fun ideas. 💖 (I have a comment within the thread, maybe read it?)

Having a sister as a twin, and learning your older sister is going to be having twins herself has gotten me really excited to be an uncle! They are expected by April of 2023 and I'm just really looking forward to meeting them 😊

I did this with my nephews! We had a blast doing all the fun stuff an aunt would do with her nephews! The park, ice cream shops, the fair, we were everywhere! OMG, and shopping for the most fun toys and crafts 😂😂 My sister knew! They are 21, 19, and 9 so we still get into all kinds of foolishness! 😂

My aunt used to pick me up from school and take me to McDonald's. It was the 90s and it was an elementary school. She even took some of my friends too.
Im pretty sure it was not a "pick up list" back then. Because idk how she was able to pick up my FRIENDS too 🤣

my uncle used to go to my elementary school to give me lunch and brush my messy hair after playing with classmates since my parents are busy at work. And man the lunch box that he always give are masterpiece since grandma was the one who cook it. The best uncle tbh.

To everyone that think he has bad intentions, because of your trauma NOT everyone is like that! It’s kinda disgusting to assume. Imagine if you were a aunt/uncle and is standing next to your nephew and niece and someone came up to you think your grooming the child just because. The daycare of course contacts the parents that’s why the baby mom is recording him. Cause she knew. If she had a huge problem she wouldn’t be recording this and calling the cops. Not ALL family is out here trying to do disgusting stuff with their family.

I love being an awesome uncle. The love and joy my nephews give whenever they see me is the best feeling. I usually have to brace as they like to sprint fast as they can n dive-jump into my arms. Just got home from an awesome day w them n my sister n this was sweet to see.
