Becoming an Automation Superhero with Jamf and No-Code | JNUC 2021

Jamf is a central system in many organizations, with up-to-date information about users, devices, groups, sites and more. The Jamf API provides easy access to this data and allows users to perform critical management operations. But many security and operations teams still perform much of this work manually. This manual, repetitive work lengthens response time, leaves organizations open to risk, and decreases team morale. In this session, we’ll outline why automation hasn’t been more widely adopted, then demonstrate how to automate processes in Jamf using no-code automation that connects Jamf to other systems (think identity providers, messaging, EDR/XDR and more). We’ll finish with an example of an automated flow that shows this in action.
