I loved Elvis, almost to point of obsession and very close to having car accident when the news of his death came across the radio. Actually had calls from friends offering condolences on his death so when this Elvis movie came out had no interest in watching an actor attempt to portray Elvis. But had friends that really thought I should. From opening performance till end I had goosebumps watching and listening to Austin Butler ‘s portrayal of the King! The years he studied every detail, his voice, his singing, his movements, his laugh!! Austin is shy, gracious, a gentleman, humble, gifted and they both loved their Moms dearly and lost them at same age. Both men I love ❤
