I Tested CHEAP WISH ART Supplies!

Find me on skillshare! Search “Chloe Rose”

Today I tried out the same brand of art supply, Winsor and Newton, that I purchased from both wish and their official website! So essentially I am trying and testing the same product from different places. Are they both the same? Do they work in a similar way?

Why did Bob Ross’s paint brushes go to heaven ?
Because he “beat the devil out of them “

Pro tip: you can put watercolour from tubes in a pallet and let them dry, this way they last longer and it's cheaper cause there is more in a tube (:
I really liked your art piece

Can’t believe something from wish actually worked! The amount of times I’ve bought cute pens and for them to run out the first time I used them is incredible (and I never really learn! 😂 their stuff is too cute!)

Lovely piece(s)! And Google Translate blew my mind. Haha My favorite animal is a cat... no surprise.

You look so cute with those ears!! Haha. I had NO idea there was an app you could scan stuff with for Google Translate! So cool.

Have you considered doing any watercolor tutorials??? I really find them helpful and I'd love to see you post some!

Love your remedy to "messy" hair. The only W/N w/c products I own are the tubes. If I remember my facts correctly the Cotman version of W/N are the student grade and then you have Artist / Professional grade W/N. I use the tubes to create pans.

Some years ago W&N was sold to a French holding company. The name of which I can't remember. At that point W&N began production in France. A company named Colart then bought the name after a bit. Colart then closed the French plant and moved everything to China. So it's not surprising that the paints are the same in that they are produced by the same Chinese manufacturer. The Wish package is printed in Chinese because it is aimed at the local market. English versions are made there for international trade. All of W&N mediums are produced in China now.

Gosh, your watercolour technique is gorgeous, I just love how you mix your colours on the paper. <3

I see W&N watercolors in tubes a lot where I live. These tubes seem off brand though, the tube design doesn't look like anything lol

I love it when you include animals in your artwork. This orca was great. My favorite animal is a manatee. Thanks for this video!

Really loved these pieces, Chloe. Always love how you are so positive about your art and that you are diligent about posting videos. Keep Up the good work! BTW I really look up to you as an artist

Winsor Newton do sell colors in tubes in China, you can find them easily in major art supply stores. I think it's just a artist preferring thing, when we try to use solid water color, we tend to buy from Japanese brand, like Gansai Tambi 颜彩耽美from Kuretake 吴竹.

I’m not an artist. I don’t do art. I literally have no idea about anything regarding art.

Why am I binge watching your videos?
I don’t know. But I like it.
