Get a vacume put a hairband araund the nozel and tape it to somthing like a table and put som sowing thread like a littel longer then your har to get the band aut then turn the vacume lon suck all the hair up and pull the band by the thread and turn off the vacume and its up I hope this vorks for you good luck

As someone who makes content around disability as you are going to end up with some viewers who do need help doing those things that you call "weird" like getting help going to the bathroom or showering. Just food for thought. It may be weird for you because you don't need help doing those things, but someone else may need that help and it's not weird
