What if you get a lease and total loss the car in six months do you just abandon the monthly payments or are you still on the hook for the payments on a car you no longer have?

My question is at the end of the lease and want to buy. Are you buying the car ar the vaule it is after the 3 years or do you purchase it at the value it was when started the lease?

Leasing expensive vehicles is the way to go. Period. U dont want to own it. The more expensive and high tech that vehicle is, the more it's going to cost to repair. And the more expensive the more the mark-up, why take that hit?

Avoid BMW if possible. My rear drive failed after 5000 miles. The $4000 bill was covered by warranty, but that will be up soon. Now, after 18 months, I am late on a payment. Tried to set up online payments 7 times, called the 800 number too. "BMW is experiencing technical difficulties at this time - Goodbye"
